6.0.1 Installer: NetBeans IDE 6.0 (Build 200801071200)
Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Desktop icon is ok and reads 6.0.1 
1) but initial splash screen still says 6.0
2) IDE main window title still says 6.0
3) and the about - as show above - still says 6.0  - instead of 6.0.1

Not the installer issue, reassigning to ide for evaluation (since branding belongs to ide module).

Update:
NetBeans IDE 6.0.1 dev (Build 200801111200)

Still some branding issues not completed:

-"Dev" still appears in About box (as you can see above)
-Main Window title reads "NetBeans IDE 6.0.1 Dev 200801111200"

Fixed to be 6.0.1 dev as agreed on p-team. Final branding will be integrated before the final build.
