Provide API to customize validation output title.

If I run validation on a bpel file, it says:

XML validation started.
...
XML validation finished.

It would be better to output "BPEL validation..." for bpel files
and "WSDL validation..." for wsdl files.

Fix integrated: http://hg.netbeans.org/main/rev/80854f422276.

There are other issue w.r.t. the name of the icon, the name of the window title etc. That I'm following up with the UI
folks and will get them resolved.
