This bug occurres in FFJ 2.0 & JDK 1.3.1-b24.

FFJ 2.0 on JDK 1.3.0 is OK just as FFJ 3.0 ea on JDK 1.3.1

From 1.3.1 there is new behaviour when working with clipboard on winsys, now
there are more exception thrown (see issue 9846) to inform why spec. operation
didn't succeed.

Could the target milestone and/or status of this be changed, if it is
fixed already in 3.2? This bug shows up incorrectly in the list of
high-priority core bugs to fix for 3.3. I think it should be listed as
FIXED, milestone 3.2 (FFJ 3.0), with a CC for sustaining as
needed--right?
