dev build 206
IBM JDK 1.3 for OS/2

I clicked on a *.txt file. Netbeans poped up a message asking me if I 
wanted to interpret it as a text file, I clicked "ok".. Nothing 
happened.. So I clicked on the file again (in EXPLORER) and got the same 
reaction over and over again. The only way I got it to work was to 
shutdown Netbeans and restart it and only then did it read the file 
attributes properly.
