Reproduced with build 200802140010.

Issues with Add Schema Import Customizer

 No Accessible description :
   Class: org.netbeans.core.windows.services.NbDialog {  Add Schema Import Customizer |  } 

 Components with no LABEL_FOR pointing to it :
   Class: org.openide.explorer.view.TreeTable {  Select an external reference. |  Select an external reference. }

The fix should be done in org.netbeans.modules.xml.xam.ui.customizer.ExternalReferenceCreator class.
Reassigning to xml xam.

It is P1 issue because of missing dialog's accessible description.

can you let me know how you invoked this Customizer? I dont see this label "Add Schema import Customizer" anywhere

Please do the following:
- create a BPEL module;
- add a new BPEL process in there;
- in Navigator (BPEL Logical View), select 'newProcess|Imports' path on the tree  and invoke 'Add Schema Import' popup
menu command on it
