1. Create or open a schema with a declared namespace. (ADT_A01.xsd from HL7 is suitable.)
2. Popup menu on the namespace element (the first line in Schema View) -> Properties.
3. Click ellipsis button for Target Namespace property.
Result: in the opened dialog, "The Following Namespace" textfield bottom is cut.

Seemed like it was fixed as a result of some A11Y issue.
