Description Jiri Kovalsky 2001-06-22 12:27:49 UTC
Development build of NetBeans #200106220100 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3.0_04

Description:
============
Using different CVSROOT from the one specified in CVS/Root file in given working
directory gets user into serious troubles because no contents is displayed once
the filesystem is mounted. This may happen when user uses the same working dire-
ctory for connection to the same server but from different locations (home vs.
work) - i.e. laptop users etc. Neither refreshing, switching between projects
nor restart of the IDE helps. It is completely unusable !!

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Try to mount already existing working directory as CVS filesystem but setup
   different but valid server name and repository in the wizard.
2. After the CVS filesystem is mounted try to expand it but no contents appears.

Can this be a duplicate of issue #12892 ?
It seems to me so, but I'm not sure. It at least probably depends on
it.
Comment 2 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-08-07 16:27:21 UTC
Of course, it is a duplicate of issue #12892 ! It has nothing to do
with different settings as I originally supposed.

*** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 12892 ***
Comment 3 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-08-07 16:29:19 UTC
I am definetely sure the reason is not changing of working directory.
Removing dependency on #12892.
