VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, 1.5.0_12-b04, Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition, 1.5.0_12-b04
OS: Windows XP, 5.1, x86

User Comments: 
Installed all content of default update centers except ClearCase plugin and the exception appeared in exception dialog during startup of IDE.

Probably another occurrence of JDK bug, see 90590 duplicate.
