When you mount a FS and then change FS property "Root Directory" to the diferent
dir. The value of this property is change, but not mounted FS. So bouth are in
inconsistance state. You can see a snapshot

this issue has nothing to do with 'properties' module => assigning to 
core

Sorry, works for me in dev #200107240100. (BTW this is a duplicate
that have been already fixed AFAIK).
