New Wizard - Basic Class Definition pane - tab order not right
- Starting point not correntseems to start at Access Level and cycles through 
the bottom buttons
- Access Level is not at the right place in the tab order.

Maybe before fix of NBFocusManager it was bad. It looks like that TAB 
order is good now.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
