Observed:
The corner button which invokes the change columns dialog for each debugging view lacks Accessible description and 
mnemonic in all debugger views (Local Variables, Watches, Call Stack, Loaded Classes, Heapwalker, Breakpoints, Sessions,
Threads and Sources)

The button comes from TTV.
We may transfer the debugger views to OutlineView, thus if this is fixed there, it solves this problem for debugger.

fixed in ttv. 
column selection button in outlineview is not keyboard accessible so this issue does not directly apply to it. however
i'll do some fixing in a separate issue
