steps to reproduce:
a) open Internationalization Wizard  ("Tools > Internationalization > 
Internationalization Wizard")
b) click 'Add Source(s)' button
c) in 'Select Sources' dialog select first filesystem in combo box -> 
filesystem tree doesn't update
- select another filesystem, then again first filesystem -> everything is OK

Problem seems to be in FileSelector class in core. Assigning to david.
