Development build #200108030100 of NetBeans 3.3 with JDK 1.3.1 on Windows 2000

Description:

Consider it please rather as performance issue than bug report. If user invokes 
Generic VCS mounting wizard it takes sometimes 2-3 seconds to show up. It seems 
like all XML layer profile files are being parsed before the wizard is displayed
Please consider these hidden operations since I don't like to be always patient.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Just launch the IDE and prepare the stop-watch to measure the delay. :-)
2. Invoke the wizard using "Versioning|Mount VCS|Generic VCS" and wait ...

The customizer changed to wizard and the profile loading process has
changed. It should be faster now.

You are right, Martin. Wizard doesn't load anything and is displayed 
nearly immediately. Verified in today's development build of NetBeans 
3.3 #200108310100.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
