DTD documentation generation is very helpful but it needs a title. right now it starts with "Element" which is nondescriptive. If nothing else, might have a title "DoctypeName.dtd Documentation" might also consider adding a link (local or online) to DTD itself.
"title" should be the HTML <title> of the document, as well has a <h1> header at the top
This doesn't sound like a docs issues, sounds like an issue with the way the UI is handled when DTDs are generated (maybe?)
Can you please explain in detail? Are you referring to the generated html page or the dialog that asks for the name of the file? If related to html, please find the attached html and help me find the errors.
