Description dlipin 2008-09-17 14:20:25 UTC
There is no visible border of the menu item. The color of the menu item (#FAFAFA) is very close to the background color
(#FFFFFF) of the main window. It makes hard to distinguish where is the menu item and where is the main window.
It happens only with GTK L&F but not with Metal.

btw, can`t the issue be solved by extending existing LFCustoms classes (like o.n.swing.plaf\src\org\netbeans\swing\plaf
\gtk\GtkToolbarUI) ?

Hi dlipin,
as you can see in the Issue 126165, this problem is not L&F dependent, it depends on your GNOME theme. I also do like
Clearlooks theme, but I'm afraid, that the simplest solution is just to not use it when running NetBeans with GTK L&F.
Another thing, which can be found there is, that this issue is already filled as JDK bug [1], so you can simply go there
and vote for it. Thanks in advance.
