Using GFESB 09/12. Create a new WSDL and select concrete binding and observe in the drop down binding SOAP appears twice.

Looks like this has been fixed in recent builds. I see soap and soap12 in the dropdown.

tested and verified using Build 200810130101 and SOAP appears only once.
