Package Path and Namespace needs to be validated.

Expected Behavior:
1. Install ServiceBuilder portal pack pluign.
2. Create New Service.xml and open it.
3. In the editor double click and clear Package Path and Namespace fields. 

Actual behavior:
Empty, junk characters can be entered in Package Path and Namespace fields.
