I have relatively "clear" & "new" userdir (settings)....created just 2 or 3
builds ago.

When I start IDE...the NPE is printed into console.
It doesn't harm anything.

the stacktrace seems to be the same as it is in the original issue

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
