Steps to reproduce:
- select Filesystems in Explorer
- invoke popup menu
- push Mount | Version Control | 
-> now you can choose "Generic VCS" or
"org-netbeans-modules-vcscore-wizard-mountcvs-CvsMountFS"

P2- because it's very visible.
