Netbeans build 20011012

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Ensure that the JDK 1.1 home property of the JDK 1.1 debugging is not set.
2. Try to debug some class with this debugger.
3. Workspace will be switched and status line will show "Debugger finished",
   nothing else will happen.

Dialog with warning about not set property should be shown.
