please give us more information.  When did the exception happen?  Can
you reproduce it?  Any steps to reproduce it reliably?  Thanks

Product version was incorrect. From the log file it is obvious that 
you run Forte For Java v. 3.0 CE. Involved parts of code was rewritten 
in Nb 3.3, please attach steps leading to the problem and I will 
verify behavior of Nb 3.3, otherwise sustaining please keep a track of 
this issue. I didn't observed similar problems with opening/importing 
projects in recent Nb 3.3 dev builds.

Fixed in main trunk.
