Allow that the Import wizard displayed after the user first start allows to
import settings from another nb3.3 user dir. Will be good to have this in the
nearest beta ;-)

NOTE: due to this bug there will be problems with editor when
importing between beta4 (and lower) and beta5(and higher).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
