When editing a dtd file in 6.7, the right click context menu includes the options

* Generate CSS...
* Check DTD
* Generate documentation

These have all disappeared in 6.8RC1 and there is only 

* All DTD Actions

which doesn't appear to do anything.


This may be related to https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=177653 which appears to be a similar problem for editing XML files.

This problem is no longer reproducible in 6.8 so it must have been fixed prior to that.
