The columns selection popup doesn't work when I have some columns hidden read from settings file. I get this exception

Reproduced with TableView.

"table.transformValue (etc)" is null at ColumnSelectionPanel.java:276

OutlineViewOutline.transformValue(Object value) can not return null, therefore TableViewETable.transformValue(Object value) is called in this case.
