[r33 nov 30] This problem has been happening for a while. Sometimes (though not always) when reinstalling a module (via <nbinstaller>), I see some FNFEs from files (esp. *.xml) present in its layer - printed in the Output Window since they occur in the middle of reload. It does not appear to harm anything, but it is annoying. Probably the core MIME parser should do a check for file object validity immediately before actually starting a parse.

I have simply added a FileObject validy check as suggested.
rev#1.12.6.1
Still broken in [r33 dec 12]. Probably low priority since it has no apparent ill effect and probably only affects module reloading.

The sniffing parser holds a valid instance of FileObject. Why it is not later found? Could you Radek shed light on it.
Target milestone -> 3.4
