I would be interested in taking this issue, if someone would give me some hints with managing this.

Just to agree on the "job" ... The job would be to take all recommendation HTML ZIPs from w3.org, request 
an LFI for them and put them all into an own project. Right?

Not really sure what component this issue belongs to and whether it is still valid.. Reassigning for evaluation to Help System under Platform.
