Development build of NetBeans 3.3.1 #200112170331 on Windows 2000 with JDK1.4b89

Description:

There are two A11Y issues on "Initial Checkout" page of CVS mounting wizard:
* "Check Out a Copy of the ..." checkbox has no accessible description. (Bug A)
* The panel itself has no accessible description. (Bug B)

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Download UIAccessibilityTester tool (*) and follow attached instructions.
2. There should be no accessibility problems found on mentioned page of wizard.
