.xml -> !DOCTYPE -> Properties -> Element Name

- JTextArea {  |  } doesn't have Accessible name and
  Accessible description

- NbDialog {  Property Editor: Element name (class java.lang.String) |  }
  doesn't have Accessible description

This is report of core's StringCustomEditor component, which is
already fixed in release33 branch.
