Development build of NetBeans 3.3.1 #200201080331 on Windows 2000 with JDK1.4b90

Description:
============
There are several A11Y issues on "Profile" tab of Generic VCS mounting wizard if
"PVCS (Windows 95/98/ME)" profile is selected. Except those separately filed in
bug #19124 I mean these problems:

* "PVCS Repository Archive" textfeild has no accessible description. (Bug A)
* "Unix Shell" textfeild has no accessible description. (Bug B)
* None of "Browse..." buttons have mnemonic assigned. (Bug G)

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Download UIAccessibilityTester tool (*) and follow attached instructions.
2. There should be no accessibility problems found on mentioned page of wizard.

This is accessibility issue.

Each of these textfields has a tooltip - its accessible description.
UIAccessibilityTester didn't show any descritpion problems. Browse
buttons will no have mnemonics because their are generic and ther
could lot of browse buttons - its could be impossible to set the right
one.
