Development build of NetBeans 3.3.1 #200201080331 on Windows 2000 with JDK1.4b90

Description:

There are several A11Y issues on "Advanced" tab of Generic VCS mounting wizard.
I mean these problems:
* ScrollBar has no accessible name. (Bug A)
* ScrollBar has no accessible description. (Bug B)
* The dialog itself has no accessible description. (Bug C)

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Download UIAccessibilityTester tool (*) and follow attached instructions.
2. There should be no accessibility problems found on mentioned page of wizard.

This is accessibility issue.

Bugs A and B are not bugs since it's not required to set accessible
name and description on scrollbars.
Bug C has been fixed in maintrunk and release33 branch.

Cool. Seems okay now. Verified in development build of NetBeans 3.3.1 RC1
