Development build of NetBeans 3.3.1 #200201090331 on Windows 2000 with JDK1.4b91

Description:
============
There are several A11Y issues on all advanced command dialogs. For more details
take a look at the attachment.

* "Get Default Values" button has no accessible name. (Bug A)
* "Set As Default" button has no accessible description. (Bug B)
* "Get Default Values" button has no mnemonics assigned. (Bug C)
* "Set As Default" button has no mnemonics assigned. (Bug D)
* The dialog itself has no accessible description. (Bug E)

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Download UIAccessibilityTester tool (*) and follow attached instructions.
2. There should be no accessibility problems found on mentioned dialogs.

This is accessibility issue.
