RMI docs need to be edited to be a11y compliant.

The changes consist of changes to the HTML of the Help pages to 
ensure they meet a11y requirements. I'll fix it in the trunk tonight 
and then fix it in the release33 branch tomorrow once it's been 
approved.

As it turns out, RMI docs don't need a11y changes after all. JNDI 
needs one file to be changed, will do so tomorrow.

Actually, RMI docs do need this one a11y change. credits.html needs 
to have hard-coded bgcolor removed.
