I have a jar, say T.jar. If I copy a new version of T.jar over the old version
in Windows Explorer and then unmount/mount the jar in netbeans and try to
reparse the jar, the new methods do not appear in the code completion

Duplicate of #14130.  Jdk problem that should be fixed in jdk1.4.0  
release candidate.  See: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/. I checked it
and seems to me that with jdk1.4.0-rc behaves correctly.
