Not very common I know but if you are in MDI and you happen to open a popup as
heavyweight (going across the edge of the window) it cannot be navigated using
keyboard and all keyboard events are sent to the underlaying window.

Works fine on JDk1.3. Accessibility problem. Quite rare. MDI only.

Worksforme. It seems it was fixed by fix of #19289.
