NotifyDescriptor should support context sensitive help

If some NotifyDescriptor is used for some important thing, it should has 
support for context sensitive help.

Damian, could you give us examples of when this enh is useful? I'm
thinking in following way - NotifyDescriptor and its specific
sub(inner)classes such as NotifyDescriptor.Message are designed for
simpler dialogs which shouldn't need help to be asociated with them.
For more important of complex things, DialogDescriptor is used, which
supports help context asociation.
But I'm probably missing some natural use case coming from enterprise
scene, so could you give me one? Thanks.
