This seems like the behavior described on #101814

I have a project on the NetBeans 7.1 IDE but using the platform 7.0.1 like described here: http://netbeans.dzone.com/articles/netbeans-71-review-nbplatform

I believe the issue was introduced in a recent upgrade to some modules because it works fine on my Hudson instance.

You might say that I have mixed libraries but this is not possible since they are downloaded from the released URL.

I've been unable to reproduce this issue.
