[dev apr 02] I was running with a reduced module set; one of them defined its own workspace, which was currently selected. (1) Ctrl-Shift-Up changed the current workspace, but did not update the selected tab in the tab control toolbar. (2) After disabling the module, the workspace switched back to Editing, but the tab control still showed the now-missing workspace, and it was still selected. Enabling a module does seem to make the workspace appear however. (3) Using Ctrl-Shift-Up a couple of times to try to change the active workspace then threw exceptions - I guess it was looking for a nonexistent workspace.

I guess this has to do with the toolbar workspace switcher which is currently not used, assiging to Dafe, if it is still valid.
I believe this is duplicate of the bug that Marek fixed - singleton policy of workspace switcher was broken, there were two instances of workspace switcher, causing all these troubles. Marek, please duplicate this bug, thx.
Yes Dafe is right. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 23671 ***
