Steps:
- start NB with a clean userdir
- Tools > Options

-> the Options dialog appears but it is immediately closed automatically. The next open is fine.

Filing as P2 to ensure that this issue will be resolved for NB 7.3 FCS.

This should be fixed by: http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/a1c6932a0252. AFAICT the fix has not yet propagated in main-golden. Please try a latest build and reopen if it happens again. Thank you
