Ok, strange thing happening with Netbeans: I move the cursor over the menu, and click it. It open as normal. Only, when I move the mousse down to select the menu item, it does not highlight the item under the mouse pointer, Moving the mouse around, and find out that netbeans consider the cursor to be above on the left if where it is displayed. The problem appeared as soon as I installed installed netbeans in linux mint 14 (with Nadia desktop). Used netbeans in ubuntu 10.04 before, and I never had any problem Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.2.1 (Build 201210100934) Operating System = Linux version 3.5.0-17-generic running on amd64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_09 Runtime = OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 23.2-b09

Please reopen if the problem is reproducible with the latest version of Oracle JDK, thanks.
Did a clean install of netbeans and the oracle jvm (through the java + netbeans bundle found on http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk-7-netbeans-download-432126.html). Still has the same problem, but it only happens when the application is in full-screen.
I experienced the same issue in NB 7.3 final release on Linux Mint 14, both with MATE and Cinnamon DE (kernel 3.5.0-27-generic). I tried on two PC: - laptop AMD Turion X2 with nVidia GT130M both with nvidia and nouveau driver; - desktop Intel E7300 with nvidia GeForce9500GT both with nvidia and nouveau driver. Deleting ~/.netbeans folder don't fix the problem. No problem found in previous 7.3 RC2. No problem found in OpenSuse 12.2 and 12.3, KDE/Gnome (same machines). No problem found in Ubuntu 12.10 (same machines). I asked on netbeans forum (viewtopic.php?t=54368) better exposing the problem. Thank you
