[orion](020510-rc2), [jdk1.4](1.4.0_00-b05)

If you invoke Welcome Panel, none component is
focused as it did on another OS (Sol 5.8,
Win2K,..). You must press <tab> and it works fine.

Maybe this is JDK issue, but it works fine with
another wizards (New From Template, Autoupdate,
International, ...).

welcome panel as it's now will go away _soon_.  We won't fix this bug

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verified
