[Nb build 200205170100, jdk1.4.0]

Step to reproduce:
------------------
1) open DTD document in the Tree and Text Editors
2) right-click #attdef-decl: node in the Tree
Editor and
   choose Properties
3) change the attribute definition in the Text Editor

The changes don't appear neither in Properties nor
in Customizer.

Furthermore the Properties dialog should contain
all node's properties like Customizer.

It looks #attdef-decl node does not correctly merge/fire changes.

Issues 17049, 23701 and 23705 could describe same problem. And also maybe that
other nodes' properties and customizers have same problems. I will investigate it.

The tree editor is not in the build yet.
