The XML Entity Node in the Explorer uses an HTML tool tip, 
which is completely inconsistent with the way tool tips 
are displayed in the rest of the IDE. 

Furthermore, this tool tip is used in the mini-status bar, 
which causes it to take up a huge amount of Explorer space.

Unless a broader decision is made to use HTML tool tips 
throughout the IDE, please revert to a text tool tip.
