Spinners not visible

STEPS:
   * Open Netbeans->Preferences (Tools->Options on windows)
   * Select Editor->Formatting
   * Select Java in the languages drop down
   * select Imports in the category drop down

ACTUAL:
   Should see a spinner beside the star import conditions check box.

EXPECTED:
   Dont see the spinner

Leave netbeans running with the options dialog open and go to another application's window and come back to the Netbeans OPtions dialog and you see the spinners.
