Under Tools\Options I'm getting Address family not supported by protocol connect error when I test the Netbeans network connection. It was working fine with version 8 and java 7.51 now I have upgraded to Java 7.55 I get the test connection error. It's a priority 1 bug to me because it disables my network access through the Java Code..

Thanks for the log.

I would ask you for the log when network worked.

I need to realize what happened (what changed), because from the log you've attached I can see the proxy was loaded correctly. Maybe you should check your proxy setting in system.
