[Nb build 200206120100, jdk1.4.0]

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) transform some document
2) open output in the Source Editor
3) change the output and save it and close editor
4) uncheck 'Overwrite Output' box and transform
document again
5) open output in the Source Editor

The output document is overwrited. It's potential
data-lost - P2.
