Generate DTD, Generate Documentation, Generate
CSS, etc. actions
throw exceptions when relative or absolut output
path is used.
P2 because lot of actions are affected.

Generators are able to create files just in same directory now. So if
you write path to different directory, warning will be displayed then.

But empty file is created. Please prevent actions create empty files
when some path is used.

The select button is disabled for invalid file names.
