There are no accessibility descriptions and
mnemonics in the PVCS customizer.

There is also no accessibility defined on dialogs for all PVCS
commands.

Fixed in dev build Jun 19.

Works fine in development build #200206200100 of NetBeans 3.4.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
