Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0.2 (Build 201411181905)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_45
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.45-b08

When I update my netbeans to 8.0.2, I found that I cannot drag the tabs and reorder them anymore. The tabs which is dragged, has always been moved to the first position. Also the red border for indicating position of the tabs has gone on this version 8.0.2

Please close this bug. I cannot reproduce this problem for now. It may be caused by some freaking OS problems. After rebooting my laptop, everything goes well.
