Add and Remove button have no accessible
description and no mnemonic.

Please add more information, especially how to invoke this dialog
containing buttons with no mnemonic and accessible description.

How to reach Add Attribute dialog:
1) Have a JNDI module
2) Connect to some LDAP server
3) Select some LDAP node
4) Invoke Customizer Dialog dialog using Customize action on some LDAP
node
5) Press Add button on dialog
6) Add Attribute dialog appears
