JDK 1.4.0_01
Steps to reproduction:
Open File System Wizard. Select some type of file
system. Type path to   filesystem in File edit
field. Finish button is not enabled, etc. It is
necessary to add listener to edit field.

Peter, in my opinion this is WONTFIX. 

You must press Enter when you finish path writing to the text field.
If you don't do it we cannot know whether your typed path is that one
you want to mount. Maybe better question is whether validation of
mount path should be done before Finish or after ?!

Try File->Open File. Finish button is enabled in every time.

I will duplicate as issue 29195 which desribes the general issues in
Mount Wizard.
